High Key refers to the brightness of the image. To achieve this brightness, lots of lighting is required (or use window light) and the image must be dominated by white or any other bright neutral colours. At the side of the object, a reflector must be placed in order to reflect the light from the source to the other side of the object. This would then produce a bright and clean result.
