Dark Mood photography requires a dark background, black cards, and minimal lighting. The black cards are used to reduce the amount of light in the image by blocking the light, causing some parts to be darker than others.

Concept: Dark Academia

Sketches:

References:

Materials:

- Encyclopedias/Random Books

- Tripod (For Camera)

- Folder (To block the light)

- Calendar (To block light)

- Fabric (Dark Background)

Steps:

1. The first thing to do is to set up the background and place the objects in the desired position.

2. Once the objects are in place, block out some light using the black cards/black objects, however, it is important for the light to reach the main object.

3. After setting up the black cards and the objects, begin experimenting with the camera angles and exposure to produce the best result.
