Requirements:

• Students will work as team project (3-4 students). This project consists of two steps:

  • Develop a business plan

  • Present a creative venture into a package of visual presentation

Feedbacks:

• Elevator pitch: lack of concrete solution

• Create the branding (logo, mood board, colour palette)

• Packaging ideas (materials)

• Product comparison and conclusion with competitors

• Add USP for products and services

• Quantity: round the quantity

• Value proposition (breakdown)

• Primary research (Questions, SWOT, industry trends)

• The connection with the concept of upcycling is not clear

• Company desc. and job desc.

• Include logistics

• Add some more visuals

• When presenting, do not be too monotone or read too much

Feedbacks:

• Bag & Patch (1st name) — ideally, it is better to not include words like “bag” into the name as it will limit the business’ exploration

• Target market: mention the specific age range instead of the age group.

• Requirements for website: home, about, product page

• Target market: add core and peripheral

• Website: separate into several sections (slides)

• Change inclusive into affordable
